Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings, consultations, treatments and use of this website for Pálfy Medical Aesthetics.

Pálfy Medical Aesthetics is an appointment-only medical aesthetics service operated by Hajnalka Pálfy

in the UK. Treatments are provided in a private appointment-only setting. The full treatment address is provided after a booking has been confirmed.

The information on this website is for general information only and does not replace a consultation, medical assessment or professional advice.

Consultations & Suitability

All treatments are subject to consultation and suitability assessment. Treatment may be refused or postponed if it is not considered suitable, safe or appropriate.

Clients must provide accurate and complete medical information, including allergies, medication, pregnancy, breastfeeding, medical conditions, previous aesthetic treatments and any relevant health concerns.

Some treatments may require prescribing oversight or a face-to-face consultation with a prescriber before treatment can be carried out.

 

Age Requirement

Treatments are only available to clients aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be requested.

Results

Treatment results vary from person to person. No specific result, outcome or duration of result can be guaranteed.

Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A booking deposit may be required for selected treatment appointments, including anti-wrinkle treatment appointments.

Where a deposit is required, the amount will be shown clearly at the time of booking and will be deducted from the total treatment cost on the day of your appointment.

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

If you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, any deposit paid will be transferred to your new appointment.

If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, any deposit paid may be refunded.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, late arrivals or non-attendance may result in the deposit being non-refundable.

Late Arrival

Please arrive at your appointment time. If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled or cancelled.

Right to Refuse Treatment

Pálfy Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment where treatment is unsuitable, unsafe, contraindicated, or where consultation requirements have not been met.

Aftercare

Clients must follow the aftercare advice provided. Pálfy Medical Aesthetics is not responsible for complications or poor outcomes caused by failure to follow aftercare advice or failure to disclose relevant medical information.

Medical Concerns

If you experience severe pain, difficulty breathing, signs of infection, visual disturbance, skin discolouration, allergic reaction or any urgent medical concern after treatment, seek urgent medical advice immediately.

Photography

Before and after photographs may be taken for clinical records. Photographs will not be used for marketing without separate consent.

Payments

Payment is required as stated at the time of booking or at the appointment. Any remaining balance after a deposit is paid will be due on the day of treatment.

Changes to Services and Prices

Treatment availability, prices and policies may be updated at any time. The price confirmed at the time of booking will apply unless otherwise discussed and agreed.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience, please contact Pálfy Medical Aesthetics so the concern can be reviewed and responded to appropriately.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
