Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to bookings, deposits, consultations and treatment appointments with Pálfy Medical Aesthetics.
Consultation Fees
Consultation fees are payable at the time of booking or as stated during the booking process.
Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
If you need to reschedule your consultation, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice where possible.
Treatment Deposits
A booking deposit may be required for selected treatment appointments, including anti-wrinkle treatment appointments.
Where a deposit is required, the deposit amount will be shown clearly at the time of booking.
The deposit will be deducted from the total treatment cost on the day of your appointment and is not an additional fee.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
If you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, any deposit paid will be transferred to your new appointment.
Cancellations
Appointments may be cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, any deposit paid may be refunded.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in the deposit being non-refundable.
Late Arrival and Non-Attendance
If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled or cancelled.
If you do not attend your appointment, any deposit or booking fee paid may be non-refundable.
Treatment Suitability
All treatments are subject to consultation and suitability assessment.
If treatment cannot be carried out because it is not suitable or safe, the appointment may be postponed, changed to a consultation, or cancelled.
Refunds After Treatment
Aesthetic treatment results vary from person to person. No specific result or duration of result can be guaranteed.
Refunds are not normally provided for completed treatments where the treatment has been carried out correctly and safely.
If you have any concerns after treatment, please contact Pálfy Medical Aesthetics so your concern can be reviewed and appropriate advice can be given.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Pálfy Medical Aesthetics.
How Refunds Are Processed
Where a refund is approved, it will usually be returned to the original payment method where possible.
Refund processing times may depend on the payment provider or booking platform.
